Your Absurdly Easy Tool to Figure Out What You Really Want
I invite you to get a feel for my coaching approach by doing this short exercise designed to help you access your body's wisdom. Please have paper and a pen/pencil for writing your answers. Simply play the recording (under 6 minutes) and write down what emerges.
