Kris' voice was my touchstone during a very difficult period last year. She helped me learn how to calm myself, feel self-compassion, and release some really ugly beliefs I held about myself. I'm feeling freed up to start exploring what it is I really want to do. Every session with Kris, practicing the tools she taught me, and doing the homework/homeplay she suggests brings me closer to doing what I was meant to do that brings me joy.
